I been an avid student of human psychology, partly by qualification but mostly by observation. The art of storytelling has been my proud inheritance. Growing up, I had the innocuous luxury of listening to anecdotes of people from my grandparents during my impressionable days of adolescence. In more recent years, my father has become my sounding board. I realized early on, that every opportunity to mingle with people is a fascinating journey into their prism of world view, that has shaped them to be the persons they are.
My works are mostly personal narratives and partly fictional, that will take you through my experiences of connecting with people and watching the world from their perspective. My inspiration came from various organizations I had the privilege to work or interview with, simple hamlets from all walks of life, cities that I lived in, places I travelled to and so forth.
My conviction is that people who are entrepreneurs, business leaders, homemakers, citizens of metropoles, corporate professionals and students will find these stories appealing. My hope is, through my books, we will tide past some of the barricades within our mental maps and expand our boundaries of inclusivity and human consciousness.
My works are dedicated to my grandparents, whom I hope to meet in another horizon, some time in eternity.
When am not writing, I am donning hat of a Management Consultant advising Fortune 500 organizations on what they can do to get their talent strategy right. Beyond my corporate identity, I am an avid traveller, nirvana seeking yogi, a passionate social dancer and an art aficionado. I hail from the city of culture and cuisine and cute cafes, Lucknow, a city I have gratitude for giving me an education and identity.
